1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YADA ("Yet Another Dating App"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YADA regarding your use of the Services. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To use YADA, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Not be prohibited from receiving online dating services under applicable law
  • Not have been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence
  • Not be required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry

3. Account Creation and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others
  • Notify YADA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

YADA reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or stalking any other users
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Posting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Using the Services for any commercial purposes, including advertising or selling any goods or services

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by YADA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YADA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YADA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YADA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (i) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (ii) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (iii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (iv) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (v) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES, AND/OR (vi) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YADA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.

9. Modification of Terms

YADA reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
